Hi Friends,
Just a quick email to tell you what we are up to!
We came home from Australia on June 8th for just under 3 weeks in transition to Hawaii for a YWAM school that Isi and I will be attending (Principles of Redeeming Culture). At home, we have had just enough time to visit with family, attend some meetings and make arrangements for when we return home in October, host a YWAM team for 5 days from Medicine Hat, and we will celebrate my brother's wedding this Friday (the day before we leave for Hawaii).
It has been action packed but wonderful. Silina has had a great time with my family and it has been a nice rest of sorts.
We are looking forward to heading out to Kona on Saturday along with Meagan and Nic Plett who will be helping us while we are there (nannying, etc) so that Isi and I are both free to focus on our 3 month course. Silina is 7 months now and our new developments include sitting on her own, talking more, and working on some bottom teeth. She is a lot of fun and a great traveller which makes our lives a lot easier.
I know we didn't get a chance to connect with a lot of you, but hopefully we will have that chance once we return on October 4th. Thanks for your continued thoughts, prayers, and support. We couldn't be doing what we are doing without it.
